CT Moore is an old friend and colleague of mine – who also happens to be a fun and engaging  speaker – so I thought I’d pass on his presentation. The topic of his presentation was Cloudvertising: Social Media and the Future of Online Advertising, and it explored how social media will shape the way that online ads and marketing campaigns will be targeted.

As readers of this blog may know, Bishinspeaks was originally a portfolio, and became a blog when an old colleague of mine planted the seed in my head almost 3 years ago.

A few weeks ago, my friend Alex complained that my blog was naked. As a designer, he couldn’t understand why I would take the time to update something that looked essentially like a word document. In fact, he found it so irritating that he’s begun doing a gradual redesign of the blog. I’m delighted. You may have noticed we’re using a new WP theme already’

My friend and colleague has become a self described social media ninja, so it occurred to me that I could use his (now rather well known) image to get my point across. This is what our friend and designer and I came up with over breakfast.

The concept is simple: Mess with Bishin, and I’ll unleash the Bandito:
